In response to the events of September 11, 2001, Polo Ralph Lauren raised $4 million for relief efforts and established a college scholarship fund for children of victims of the attacks.
In addition to the scholarship fund, Polo Ralph Lauren bestowed
major gifts to the Twin Towers Fund, the American Red Cross and
the New York Police and Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund.
